To manage user roles and access permissions you need to be an administrator yourself. The access level of each user can be changed under "Access Control".
"Access Control" gives you (as a system Administrator) the ability to invite one or more co-workers to use the Priva Crop Insight functionality. You can assign different roles (Administrator, Crop Manager or Grower) to your users. And you can re-invite, block or delete user accounts if necessary.
Administrator - An Administrator is managing the user accounts within your company. It is possible to assign one or multiple colleagues to the Administrator role. With this account, it is possible to login to the Priva cloud portal and manage the Access Control.
Crop Manager - This is (are) the colleague(s) who will have access to the crop characteristic registrations. The crop manager can edit, delete, report, import and export registration information. With this account, it is possible to login to the Priva cloud portal and use the Master Data and Crop Insight website.
Grower - This is (are) the colleague(s) who are doing the registrations with the Crop Inisght registration App. Without Grower rights, it is not possible to synchronize the app with the Priva Crop Insight. With this account, it is possible to login to the Priva cloud portal though this user has read-only rights to the Master Data website.
Recommendation for easy Priva support
When starting a new account, it is recommended to give Priva access to your account as well so we can offer you support. This can easily be done by creating a ‘Priva user’, giving him (at least) ‘Crop Manager’ rights and send this invitation to HorticultureCloud@priva.nl.
