The first time, synchronize the master data
Before the Team Registration App can be used, the master data (such as lists of your companies employees, activities, and locations) needs to be synchronized to the team registration app.
As a Supervisor, you can synchronize directly after your first-time login. Upon synchronization, all master data are downloaded from the cloud.
Next, synchronize your registrations and changes to the master data.
After the initial synchronization of your master data, only new changes to the master data and your registrations are synchronized, so the second time synchronizing will take less time.
