To manage user roles and access permissions you need to be an administrator yourself. The access level of each user can be changed under "Access Control".
"Access Control" gives you (as a system Administrator) the ability to invite one or more co-workers to use the Priva Labour Insight functionality. You can assign different roles (Administrator, Labour Manager, or Supervisor) to your users. And you can re-invite, block or delete user accounts if necessary.
Administrator - An Administrator is managing the user accounts within your company. It is possible to assign one or multiple colleagues to the Administrator role. With this account, it is possible to login to the Priva cloud portal and Access Control.
Labour Manager - This is (are) the colleague(s) who will have access to the registrations. The labour manager can edit, report and export registration information. With this account, it is possible to login to the Priva cloud portal and use the Master Data and Labour Insight website.
Supervisor - This is (are) the colleague(s) who are doing the registrations with the Team Registration App. Without Supervisor rights, it is not possible to synchronize the app with the Priva Labour Insight. With this account, it is possible to login to the Priva cloud portal though this user has read-only rights to the Master Data website.
Recommendation for easy Priva support
When starting a new account, it is recommended to give Priva access to your account as well so we can offer you support. This can easily be done by creating a ‘Priva user’, giving him (at least) ‘Labour Manager’ rights and send this invitation to HorticultureCloud@priva.nl.
